3.1 Registration

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by ha888;
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive and may be subject to administrative fees or closure in accordance with applicable regulations;

Upon account closure, any remaining balance that is not subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to successful verification. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to your continued compliance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, transmit, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ha888.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ha888's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your ha888 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ha888's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.
